摘　　要：[目的]了解我国护理学生临床能力培养方法及效果。[方法]采用文献评价方法,对中文文献进行检索、评价、数据提取、合成。[结果]我国护理学生临床能力培养研究起步较晚,实验研究较少,效果有待进一步验证。[结论]护理教育者需进一步探讨培养护理学生临床能力的有效教学方法。Objective：To know the training methods and effects of nursing students’ clinical competence in China.Methods：By adopting literatures evaluation method,literatures in Chinese have been searched and evaluated.And data extraction and synthesis have completed.Results：The research about nursing students’ clinical competence training was starting late in China.There were a few experimental studies.So the effect needed to be validated further.Conclusion：Nursing educators should work harder to probe into more effective training methods for nursing students＇ clinical competence training.
