摘  要:[目的]了解我国护理学生临床能力培养方法及效果。[方法]采用文献评价方法,对中文文献进行检索、评价、数据提取、合成。[结果]我国护理学生临床能力培养研究起步较晚,实验研究较少,效果有待进一步验证。[结论]护理教育者需进一步探讨培养护理学生临床能力的有效教学方法。Objective:To know the training methods and effects of nursing students’ clinical competence in China.Methods:By adopting literatures evaluation method,literatures in Chinese have been searched and evaluated.And data extraction and synthesis have completed.Results:The research about nursing students’ clinical competence training was starting late in China.There were a few experimental studies.So the effect needed to be validated further.Conclusion:Nursing educators should work harder to probe into more effective training methods for nursing students' clinical competence training.
