蔓荆子乙醇和乙醚提取液中化学成分分析与差异比较

摘　　要：采用气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)技术,分析和比较了中药蔓荆子乙醇和乙醚提取液的化学组分,并对成分中萜类物质进行归类,分析蔓荆子在不同极性提取溶剂中化学物质的差异。结果表明,蔓荆子乙醇提取液检测出67个峰,经数据库标准图谱比对鉴定出50种化合物,蔓荆子乙醚提取液检测出71个峰,鉴定出56种化合物。两种不同极性溶剂提取物中有8种相同物质。萜类物质归类分析表明,提取的萜类主要为单萜类、倍半萜类、二萜类,相对含量为单萜类物质>倍半萜类物质>二萜类物质。其中乙醚提取液中单萜类、倍半萜类所占比例显著高于乙醇提取液,而乙醇提取液中二萜类所占比例显著高于乙醚提取液。In this paper,the chemical components are extracted from Vitex trifolia L.by ethanol and ether are analyzed by GC-MS,respectively.The results indicate that 67 compounds are detected in ethanol extracts and 51 of them are identified by GC-MS spectrum,and 71 compounds are detected in ether extracts and 56 of them are identified by GC-MS spectrum.There are 8 same compounds consisting in two extracts.Classifying by terpenoids,the mainly terpenoids are monoterpenoids, sesquiterpenoids,and diterpenoids.The range of contents is monoterpenoidsesquiterpenoidsditerpenoid in two extracts.The contents of monoterpenoid and sesquiterpenoids are higher than diterpenoid in ether extract.The contents of diterpenoid are higher than monoterpenoid and sesquiterpenoids in ethanol extract.
