华洋义赈会与早期河北信用合作事业

摘　　要：1920年代初期,为救济中国农村,华洋义赈会开始在河北试办农村信用合作社。在早期发展中,华洋义赈会以社会团体身份,给予河北信用合作社以资金支持,创建了一套有效的合作社管理与风险防范机制,保证了早期河北农村信用合作事业的平稳运行,为30年代以后合作事业在全国的大规模推广起到了经验积累与示范作用。研究河北早期合作事业的组织管理与贷款机制,对当前我国农业合作事业金融问题的解决有非常重要的借鉴意义。In the early 1920s, China International Famine Relief Commission began to found the Rural Credit Society. In its early development, China International Famine Relief Commission gave much fund supporting to Rural Credit Society. It also founded an effective management system and risk guard mechanism. That guaranteed the stable development of the Rural Credit Society. It also accumulated experience for the extension of Rural Cooperate Society in later 1930s. It is highly valuable to study the organization and loan mechanism of early Hebei Cooperative Society for current financial problem of Rural Cooperative Society.
