关于应对公共危机事件的几点思考——以乌鲁木齐“7·5”事件为例

摘　　要：乌鲁木齐"7.5"事件作为一起典型的公共危机事件,给新疆各族人民带来了沉重的灾难,不仅破坏了新疆安定团结的大好局面,也损害了新疆的声誉。鉴于此,本文从受害者、媒体、非营利组织、教育部门等角度,对如何应对公共危机事件进行了几点思考。The＂7.5a＂ffair as a typical public crisis affair,brought a heavy disaster to each nation of Xinjiang.It not only broke the stable and corporative situation of Xinjiang,also damaged the good reputation of Xinjiang.According to this,the paper takes the angle of what on victims,media,non-profit organization,education and so on,giving fewpoints to the replay to the public crisis affairs of Xinjiang.
