疏血通注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变51例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察疏血通注射液联合中药内服治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效.方法 将51例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,对照组肌肉注射维生素B1和B12治疗,治疗组予以疏血通注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗,治疗结束后比较两组的临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为88.5%,对照组为68.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=3.531,P=0.039）.结论 采用疏血通注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,疗效优于单纯西医治疗.Objective To observe clinical effect of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Shuxuetong injection combined herbal oral administration. Methods A total of 51 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Shuxuetong injection combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction. The clinical effect was observed in both groups after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 88.5% and 68.0% in the treatment group and the control group respectively. The clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effects of Shuxuetong injection combined herbal oral administration on diabetic peripheral neuropathy was better than western medicine.
