四磨汤口服液治疗老年性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察四磨汤口服液治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效.方法 将109例患者随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（49例）,治疗组采用四磨汤口服液治疗,20 ml/次,3次/d;对照组口服当归龙荟丸治疗,6 g/次,2次/d,两组均治疗15 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为79.59%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（Х^2=22.586,P＜0.01）.结论 四磨汤口服液治疗老年性便秘有效.Objective To study the effect of Simo Decoction on senile constipation. Methods A total of 109 cases with senile constipation were randomly recruited into a control group （49 case） and a treatment group （60 case）. The control group was treated with Dangguihuilong pill, while the treatment group was additionally treated with Simo Decoction on that basis.Results The total effective rate was 93.33% and 79.59% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, showing statistical difference （Х^2=22.586, P〈0.01）. Conclusion It was effective to treat senile constipation with Simo Decoction.
