穴位按摩加湿敷治疗放射性皮炎52例

摘　　要：目的 探讨穴位按摩加中药湿敷治疗放射性皮炎的临床疗效.方法 将104放射性皮炎患者随机分为两组各52例,治疗组采用穴位按摩巧合中药外敷治疗,对照组外敷康宝烧伤湿润膏治疗,疗程结束后总结疗效.结果 治疗组疼痛缓解时间较对照组明显缩短,治疗组总有效率为96.1%,对照组为57.69%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=27.3,P＜0.01）.结论 穴位按摩加中药湿敷治疗放射性皮炎有效.Objective To study the clinical effects of treating radiodermatis with acupoint massage and wet compress of Chinese medicine. Methods 104 patients with radiodermatis were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, with 52 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupoint massage plus wet compress of chiense medicines; with the treatment group was externally applied with Kangbao Shaoshang moistening ointment. The result was compared after the treatment. Results The time for easement of pain in the treatment group was obvious reduced than the control group after the treatment. The total effective rate was 96.1% and 57.69% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, the difference showing statistical significance （χ^2=27.3, P〈0.01）. Conclusion It was effective to treat radiodermatitis with acupoint massage and wet compress of Chinese medicine.
