摘　　要：随着我国煤炭企业的快速发展和发展模式的转变,一系列关系企业长远发展的重大命题需要重新破解。文章从企业战略、管控体系、主体产业、主导产品、核心竞争优势、风险预控等十个角度进行了阐释,对煤炭企业集团管理层有启示意义。Along with the fast development of China＇s coal industry and the transition of development mode of the coal industry of this country,a series of key issues require solutions that have important bearings on the long term development of these enterprises.In this paper,the author provides deliberations on ten aspects such as the enterprise＇ development strategy,managerial and control system of the enterprises,their core businesses,their core products,the advantages of their core competitive edges and their advance control of risks,etc.These deliberations are of inspirations to the managerial personnel of coal enterprise groups of this country.
