摘 要:分析了基于WebGIS建立煤矿安全监测联网系统的必要性,阐述了基于B/S模式的煤矿安全监测系统的整体框架、主要功能、系统特点和应用效果,系统采用先进的理论基础和技术手段,对井下生产状况进行实时监测,与地质测量的集成实现了数据的及时更新,降低了煤矿事故发生的可能性,实现了信息的安全共享,为矿山管理者和决策者提供所需要的数据,并通过这些数据来对矿山的生产进行指导,提高了生产效能和管理决策水平,为科学决策和管理提供了依据。This paper analyzes the necessity of the WebGIS networking system for monitoring of coal mine safety and discusses the general framework,main functions,system features and application result of the monitoring system of coal mine safety based upon B/S mode.Real time monitoring of underground mine production is realized by adopting the advanced theory basis and technological measure,and in-time data updating is also achieved by integrating with the geological measurement system.The possibility of coal mine accidents is reduced and the safe sharing of information is realized by providing the mine management and decision makers with required data.The production effect and management and decision making level is improved by guiding the mine production through these data while good basis is provided for scientific decision making and management work.
