2009年浙江省国家级性病监测点性病流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省2009年国家级性病监测点性病的发病趋势和流行特征,为今后制定监测点性病防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用中国疾病预防控制信息系统"疾病监测信息报告管理系统"和Excel2003统计软件对浙江省4个国家级性病监测点2009年网络直报的性病疫情数据进行分析。结果 4个国家级性病监测点累计报告5种性病10982例,其中男性5227例,女性5755例,男女性别比为0.91:1;总报告发病率为421.71/10万;报告病例数最多的病种为梅毒(38.25%),其次为生殖道沙眼衣原体感染(26.41%);职业以农民和工人为主;报告病例数最多的监测点为杭州市上城区。结论 2009年浙江省4个国家级性病监测点性病年报告发病率显著高于全省总的发病率;除生殖器疱疹报告病例数较2008年有所增长外,其余4种性病报告病例数均有不同程度下降;流行特征与全省情况基本符合。Objective To understand the trends and epidemiological features of sexual transmitted diseases （STDs） in surveillance areas in Zhejiang and provide scientific evidence for the development of preventive strategies. MethodsSTDs case-reporting date from four national STD surveillance sites in Zhejiang province were analyzed by using national diseases surveillance information reporting system and statistics software Excel 2003. Results A total of 10 982 STD cases were reported in the 4 national STD surveillance sites in Zhejiang in 2009. The case number was 5227 in males and 5755 in females with the ratio of 0.91：1. The overall reported incidence was 421.71/lakh. The reported case number of syphilis was highest （38.25%）,followed by urogenital Chlamydia trachomatis infection （26.41%）. Most cases were farmers and workers. The reported case number in Shangcheng district was highest. Conclusion The incidence of 5 STDs in 4 national surveillance areas was much higher than the total incidence in Zhejiang province in 2009. The reported case number of genital herpes increased in 2009,while the case numbers of other 4 STDs decreased when compared to 2008. The epidemiological characteristics of STDs in surveillance areas were basically consistent with those in the whole province.
