摘 要:以筛选出的强抗寒(Cd039、Cd093)与寒敏感(Cd128、Cd147)狗牙根材料为对象,探讨人工模拟冷害条件下两种类型狗牙根细胞电导率(EC)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化规律,了解狗牙根抗寒性与上述生理指标间的关系,为揭示狗牙根抗寒机制奠定基础。结果表明,随着温度的降低,4份狗牙根材料叶片及根茎细胞电导率呈"升高-降低-升高"趋势,MDA基本呈现波浪式反复升降;寒敏感材料Cd128、Cd147叶片SOD活性呈现"降低-升高-降低"趋势,而强抗寒材料Cd039、Cd093则呈现"升高-降低-升高-降低"趋势;根茎SOD活性变化不规则,出现一定的交错现象;POD活性呈现"升高-降低-升高"的趋势,且以寒敏感材料Cd128 POD活性最高;与寒敏感材料相比,整个降温期间,强抗寒材料的细胞电导率、MDA含量相对较低,SOD活性、POD活性波动幅度相对较小,活性较稳定。The objective of the experiment was to screen the Bermudagrass materials with cold-resistance and cold-susceptibility,discuss the change law of electrical conductivity(EC),malondialdephyde content(MDA),superoxide dismutasethe(SOD) activity and peroxidase(POD) activity under simulating cold stress to understand the relationship between cold-resistance and physiological index.The results showed that the electrical conductivity of leaf,rhizome cell from four Cynodon dactylon(L.) tended to "increasing-decreasing-increasing" along with the temperature reducing and MDA repeatedly rising and reducing.The leaf SOD activity of cold-susceptibility Cd128,Cd147 tended to "decreasing-increasing-decreasing",high cold-resistance Bermudagrass Cd039,Cd093 tended to "increasing-decreasing-increasing-decreasing",with irregular change of rhizome and some cross phenomenon.POD activity showed the tendency firstly increasing then decreasing and last increasing,and POD activity of Cd128 was the highest.Compared with which,high cold-resistance showed that the cell electrical conductivity and MDA content of high cold-resistance were relatively lower,the change range of SOD activity and POD activity were relatively smaller with stable activity.
