摘 要:在承压松散含水层下采煤时,由于含水层可传递上覆表土层的载荷,导致该条件下覆岩关键层易形成复合破断,极易发生压架、突水事故.为了避免发生压架及突水事故,提高支架的工作阻力是主要手段之一,但目前对于如何合理确定关键层复合破断条件下的工作阻力则显得研究不足.为此,结合祁东煤矿7_114工作面的实际条件,依据岩层控制理论,采用理论分析对该条件下的支架合理工作阻力进行了研究,提出了关键层复合破断后使"砌体梁"结构不发生滑落失稳的支架工作阻力的计算方法.研究结果表明:当支架工作阻力提高至10 MN时可保证此面不发生压架突水事故.该结论得到了数值模拟的验证.As confined aquifer can transfer the load of the overlying structure, which brings the adjacent key strata become broken. So mining under the unconsolidated confined aquifer is prone to result in supports crushing and water inrushing. One of the main measures to avoid supports crushing and water inrushing is to increase the support resistance, however, research in this respect has not studied at home. According to the practical condition of 71 14 working face in Qidong coal mine, the reasonable support resistance is deeply studied with the methods of theoretical analysis. And the way how to calculate support resistance in preventing bond- beam from sliding is put forward. The results indicates that, as the support resistance increase to 10 MN, supports crushing and water inrushing for the 71 14 working face can be effectively avoided, and the conclusion has been proved successfully by numerical simulation.
