摘  要:为了监测煤矿突水,在不同应力速率下,针对不同含水量煤岩破裂声发射频谱存在差异的特性,基于数量化理论,采用可编程逻辑器件FPGA和低功耗微处理器MSP430研究设计了一套监测实验系统,本系统可以实现对矿井突水进行实时在线监测的目的.为了解决煤岩破裂声发射信号中含有各种干扰噪声和信号处理方面存在的问题,根据煤岩破裂声发射信号的特点,利用小波包变换对声发射信号进行了分解、去噪和重构,结果表明处理后的声发射信号更为清晰地反映了煤岩在不同含水量和不同应力速率下破裂时的变化特征,研究方法通过模拟样本实验取得了较好的效果.For the sake of monitoring the water inrush in coal mine, according to the existing difference in acoustic emission (AE) signals spectrum of coal rock outburst under different stress rates and water content, we study and design a real-time online monitoring system to monitor mine water inrush by using the field programmable gate array (FPGA) and low consumption microprocessor MSP 430. In addition, on the basis of the characteristics of AE signals in coal rock outburst, decomposition, de-noising and reconstruction for the AE signals are carried out through wavelet packet transform for solving the noise reduction and other problems in AE signal processing. The de-noised AE signals show that the variation characteristics can be clearly reflected in coal rock outburst under different situations. The research method is confirmed to achieve desired results by simulation samples.
