摘  要:以WC-(7~10)Ni-(1~2)Cr合金为研究对象,采用失重法、电化学测试、力学性能测试和显微形貌分析等方法,研究了合金在体积比为10%稀硫酸、10%稀盐酸和10%稀硝酸溶液中的腐蚀行为,并与传统的WC-8Co和WC-13Co硬质合金进行比较。结果表明,WC-(7~10)Ni-(1~2)Cr的抗弯强度、硬度略低于WC-8Co和WC-13Co;在浸泡腐蚀试验和电化学试验中,WC-Ni-Cr合金的耐腐蚀能力明显优于传统的WC-Co类合金,具有较强的抗腐蚀能力,适合石油化工、环保、食品领域的耐磨、耐腐蚀材料。By using the methods of weight loss, electrochemical testing, mechanical property testing and morphology analysis, the corrosion behavior of WC-(7~10) Ni-(1~2) Cr alloys was studied in 10% (volume ratio) dilute sulphuric acid, 10% dilute hydrochloric acid and 10% dilute HNO3 solution respectively, and compared with that of traditional WC-SCo and WC-13Co hard alloys. The results indicated that the bending strength and hardness of WC-(7 ~10) Ni-(1~2) Cr were lower than those of WC-8Co and WC-13Co hard alloys slightly. In the immersion corrosion testing and electrochemical experiment, those of WC-Ni-Cr the anti-corrosion ability alloy surpassed those of traditional WC-Co alloys obviously, indicating that the WC-Ni-Cr alloy had stronger corrosion resistance, good application prospect in petro-chemical industry, environmental protection and food industry as wear resistant and anti- corrosive material.
