摘  要:以隐性高秆与正常高秆及互不等位的半矮秆杂交及后代测交表明,隐性高秆由隐性的长节间基因eui所决定,除了eui基因之外,隐性高秆还有半矮生基因sd-1,基因型为euieuisd-1sd-1,正常高秆为EuiEuiSd-1Sd-1,eui与sd-1相互独立。隐性高秆和具有sd-1基因的半矮秆杂交,F2表现为eui基因的分离,分离比为1高秆∶3半矮,与正常高秆杂交表现为eui和sd-1两对基因的分离,分离比为13高秆∶3半矮。讨论了长节间基因在杂交水稻育种中的利用途径。Three kinds of nonallelic semidwarfs, normal tall and recessive tall mutant were studied in pair cross design. Results from F1 and F2 generations indicated that recessive tall was controlled by an elongated uppermost internode (eui) gene. In addition, it carried a common semidwarf gene sd1 which was nonallelic to eui gene. The genotype of recessive tall and normal tall was euieuisd1sd1 and EuiEuiSd1Sd1, respectively. F2 segregation ratio of recessive tall hybridized to semidwarf variety with the same sd1 gene showed a good fit to 1 tall 3 semidwarf and appeared segregation of gene eui.However,segregation ratio of F2 generation showed interaction of 2 genes in the crosses of normal tall with recessive tall and good fit to 13 tall 3 semidwarf. The ways of using eui gene in intersubspecies especially IndicaJaponica hybrids were discussed.
