摘 要:稻瘟病菌品种专化性致病型(即生理小种)严重分化,给抗病育种及病害控制带来了许多困难。因此研究其生理小种变化是目前发展所必需。本试验对稻瘟病菌生理小种的致病性人工诱变研究前期工作进行了探讨,并初步掌握了产孢的技术、水稻离体培养和接种技术、菌株诱变的条件以及获得致病性突变菌株。In vitro inoculation identification of races of rice blast fungus (Magnaporthe grisea) and artificial mutation of their pathogenicity were studied. (1) The maize powder medium with rice stem extract was selected for best sporulation in mediums tested. Under light of near UVray for 3 days the isolates tested produced abundant condia. (2) In vitro rice leaves floating 100 ̄200 mg/kg BMZ kept fresh for 15 ̄20 days under 12/12 h of light/darkness at 25 , and produced same symptom and lesion number on the in vitro leaves inoculated with M.grisea conidia as on in vivo rice leaves. (3) UVray treatment of 10 min (28 W, 17 cm distant) and ray (50 ̄60 kr) treatment was favorable to mutation of M. grisea conidia. (4) Pathogenicity mutants were obtained through UVray and ray mutation in the test and mutant ZA49UM in them through UVray mutation was stable.
