摘　　要：在实地调查基础上,从形式,背景与动机、做法与成效三个方面对四川省达县基层卫生组织股份合作制运行情况进行了介绍,并就项目股份制、股份合作制的利益基础和四种保障基金来源的稳定性、乡镇社区范围内卫生组织的联合与供方之间的市场竞争关系问题进行了论述。Diverse forms of jiont stoch partnerships in grass - roots health organizations in the Da County of Sichuan province are assessed about their experiences and effects in these efforts: raise funds to ease insufficient funding, which is consistent with the reforms toward encouraging employees' and residents' investment; protect the rihgts and interests of, and fair competition among, all typse of contributors; establish an environment of trust and cooperation between shareholding employees, fund-holders, and governmental edpartments that enable rational performance measures to bo collected reliably and efficiently to ensure simultaneous high quality and olw cost; with deepening reform, explore ways for the organizational forms of publicly owned grass - roots hospitals to be diversified with varied economic sectors infiltrating into each other.
