摘  要:设计了一种利用煤矸石直接填充采空巷道的煤矿专用矸石回填机械设备,该设备对复杂工况适应性强,回填效率高,操作方便。使用SolidWorks对矸石回填机进行三维建模。分析了关键部件承受的载荷情况,得到了受力变化曲线并确定了最大受力。利用ANSYS进行强度分析,为矸石回填机结构设计提供了依据。Gangue backfilling machine specially used in the colliery filling mined-out laneways with gangue was designed.It has the advantages of strong adaptability to complex conditions,high efficiency and easiness of operation.3D model of gangue backfilling machine was established with SolidWorks.After analyzing the loading of key components,variation curve of force was obtained,and the maximum force determined as well. Strength analysis was carried out with ANSYS,which provides references for structural design of gangue backfilling machine.
