摘 要:应用RNGκ-ε湍流方程计算对旋风机内部流动的稳态特性,利用CFD仿真软件FLUENT对对旋风机气动性能进行仿真,从风机速度流线图、流道内速度矢量图及二级叶片全压云图中分析得出随着流量的减小,风机内流场逐渐恶化,泄漏涡、尾迹涡逐渐增大,影响区域逐渐增大。The stationarity character of internal flow in contrarotating fan was computed by RNGκ-εturbulent flow equations,and the aerodynamic performance of contrarotating fan was simulated by CFD simulation software of FLUENT also.From the diagram of fan speed streamline,velocity vector inflow channel and total pressure distribution of second vane,it was concluded that as the flow decrease,the internal flow field gradually deteriorated,leakage vortex and wake vortex enlarged as well as affected area expanded in the contrarotating fan.
