摘　　要：总结了各类球磨机衬板的优缺点及其适用范围,分析了3种代表性金属衬板材料在服役条件下的优势和不足,介绍了衬板材料对硬度、韧性和微观组织的要求,探讨了引起球磨机衬板失效的3种形式及其原因。The paper summarized various types of liner in ball mill about their advantages and disadvantages as well as application scope,and analyzed the superiorities and deficiencies of three representative metallic material liners during service.In addition,it introduced the requirements of hardness,toughness and microstructure for qualified liner material,and discussed three failure forms of ball mill liner and their causes.
