创等达标 深化保健工作内涵

摘　　要：河北区妇幼保健院于１９９８年１月被评为全市首家二级甲等妇幼保健院。通过创等达标，理顺了妇幼保健组织机构，完善“硬件”和“软件”建设，加强“三基”训练，保健内涵得以深化。在巩固“二甲”成果中，继续加大保健投资力度，落实制度，寻求新的经济增长点，拓宽服务领域。创等达标，妇幼保健院突出了保健特色，找到了保健与临床的最佳结合点，提高了保健人员整体素质，提高了广大妇女和儿童的健康水平。MCH Hospital of Hebei District was chosen as the first “Grade B Class A” MCH hospital in Tianjin City in January of 1998. Through setting up the grade and reaching a set standard, they straightened out the MCH organs, perfected the hardware and software construction, strengthened the “three foundation” training, and deepened the health care connotation. While consolidating the fruits, they increased health care investment, implemented the institution, found the new economic increase point, and widened the service fields. During the course of setting up the grade and reaching a set standard, they emphasized the characteristic of the health care, found the best combination point of health care and clinic, improved the whole quality of health care staff, improved the health level of maternal and child.
