摘  要:探讨涤纶精梳棉有机导电纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺。根据有机导电纤维的性能特点及成纱质量要求,采用两步混和,在各工序采取合理的技术措施,优选工艺参数。清棉精细开松、充分混和;梳棉多梳少落,速度适宜;并条多道并合;粗纱采用小张力;细纱合理配置器材;络筒选用光电式电子清纱器并合理设定清纱参数。最终成功开发出质量稳定、满足用户要求且具有功能性的涤纶精梳棉有机导电纤维混纺纱。Processing of polyester combed cotton organic conductive fiber blended yarn was discussed. According to properties of organic conductive fiber and finish yarn quality demands, two-step-blending method was adopted, rational technology measures were adopted in each process and processing parameters were optimized. Raw material was opened carefully and blended adequately in picking process. Processing of more carding less noil was adopted and the machine speed should be proper in carding process. Multi-drawing blending was adopted. Less tension was adopted in roving process. Accessories were configured rationally in spinning process. Photo electronic clearer was used and the parameter was set rationally. Finally polyester combed cotton organic conductive fiber blended functional yarn could be produced successfully, the yarn quality is stable and could reach custom demands.
