摘  要:探讨精梳工序棉结产生的原因及控制措施。分析了精梳棉结产生的原因,以F1268型精梳机及配套精梳准备机型为例,通过加强机台的维修与保养,正确选择精梳准备工艺路线,适当降低精梳准备工序的总并合数、总牵伸倍数及车速;合理配置精梳机各项工艺参数;优选梳理元件;认真做好台面清洁,严格控制车间温湿度等技术与管理措施的实施,使精梳棉结得到了较好的控制,所纺CJ 18.5 tex纱精梳棉结长期保持在7粒/g,精梳相对于生条棉结降低率达到了22%,有效促进了成纱千米棉结的降低,改善了精梳纱质量。Reasons and control measures of neps in comb process were discussed. Causes of neps in comb process were analyzed. F1268 comber and related combing preparing machines were taken as examples, machine maintenance should be strengthened, combing preparing processing line should be selected correctly, machine speed, total draft multi- ple and total doublings in combing preparing process should be reduced properly. Processing parameter of comber should be set rationally. Carding component should be optimized. Cleaning should be done carefully, temperature & humidity in workshop should be controlled strictly and technology & management measures should be done well, finally neps in com- bing could be controlled better, neps in combed cotton 18.5 tex yarn could be kept 7 per gram for long time,reducing rate of neps could reach 22% comparing with combed sliver, ncps per kilogram of combed yarn could be reduced and combed yarn quality could be improved effectively.
