摘 要:探讨Z-5型节能锭带的特点及使用效果。分析了Z-5型节能锭带的结构特点,并与普通棉锭带进行了运转锭速差异对比测试,与传统橡胶锭带进行了用电情况对比测试,结果表明:Z-5型节能锭带具有以尼龙66织物做骨架层、聚氨酯材料作为弹性体的双层结构。接头为锯齿形,对接后高温热融黏接,接口平整,不易断裂,运转中比普通棉锭带锭间速度差异小,比传统橡胶锭带节能效果明显。Characteristics and application effect of Z-5 energy-saving spindle tape was discussed. Structural prop- erties of Z-5 energy-saving spindle tape were analyzed. Difference of spindle speed of Z-5 energy-saving spindle tape was tested and contrasted with normal cotton spindle tape. Power consumption of Z-5 energy-saving spindle tape was tested and eontrasted with traditional rubber spindle tape. The result shows that Z-5 energy-saving spindle tape consists of doub- le layer structure i.e. nylon 66 fabric framework layers and polyurethane material elastic body. Sawtooth joint is used, joint is leveling and difficult to break after bonding in high temperature. Speed difference of spindles is smaller than that of normal cotton spindle tape in operation and energy-saving effect is obvious contrasted with traditional rubber spindle tape.
