摘　　要：探讨锦纶Modal棉混纺纱的生产工艺。通过正确选择原料混和工艺,对锦纶纤维进行抗静电处理,在各工序合理选择工艺参数及针对生产中出现的问题采取必要的技术措施,结果顺利纺制成锦纶/Modal/棉40/40/20 14.5 tex三合一混纺纱,质量优于同线密度锦纶粘胶棉混纺纱。Production processing of polyamide Modal cotton blended yarn was discussed. Raw material blending processing was selected correctly. Antistatic treatment was done on polyamide fiber. Processing parameter was selected correctly in each process and necessary technology measures were adopted according to problems in production, finally polyamide/Modal/cotton 40/40/20 14.5 tex yarn could be produced successfully,the yarn quality is better than that of same linear density blended yarn which consists of polyamide viscose cotton.
