我院2009年处方不合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院处方不合理用药情况,提高合理用药水平。方法:随机抽查我院2009年门诊和住院处方共48871张,对处方中的不合理用药情况进行统计、分析。结果:所抽查处方中,不合理用药达2991处。门诊注射剂应用处方4509张,应用率为30.43%;抗菌药物应用处方4354张,应用率为29.38%。结论:我院门诊及住院处方中存在用药不合理现象,临床医师的合理用药水平有待进一步提高。OBJECTIVE：To probe into inappropriate application of drugs in our hospital and to promote rational use of drugs.METHODS：48871 prescriptions were randomly collected from our hospitals in 2009.Inappropriate application of drugs was analyzed statistically.RESULTS：Of total 48871 prescriptions,there were 2991 prescriptions with inappropriate application of drugs.There were 4509 outpatient prescriptions of injection（30.43%）.There were 4354 outpatient prescriptions of antibiotics（29.38%）.CONCLUSION：There is inappropriate application of drugs in prescriptions.Rational use of drugs should be improved.
