某院住院患者应用西咪替丁注射液处方的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:评价某综合性三级甲等医院西咪替丁注射液的应用情况,并分析其应用合理性。方法:利用"医信通"电子病历质量监控与维护系统,对该院2009年1～5月住院患者中含西咪替丁注射液的164张电子处方进行回顾性点评。结果:该院对西咪替丁注射液的应用大致合理,有152例患者在临床诊断与适应证的吻合程度上存在欠缺,有20例在药物用量和合并用药方面存在隐患。结论:临床医师应对药品说明书有更多了解,加强安全、合理用药意识;药师应加强处方审核力度,共同优化药学服务。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the utilization of Cimetidine injection in a comprehensive class three grade A hospital,and to analyze the rationality of the utilization of Cimetidine injection.METHODS：Using CPR quality control and maintaining system,prescriptions containing Cimetidine injection from Jan.to May in 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS：Generally the clinical application of Cimetidine injection was reasonable.However,there were certain discrepancies between diagnoses and indications in 152 cases,and dosage and drug combination of 20 cases would lead to hidden trouble.CONCLUSION：Clinical physicians should know more about the package insert of drug,and strengthen the consciousness of rationality and safety of drug use.Pharmacists should enhance the inspection and evaluation of prescriptions and optimize the pharmaceutical care together.
