MTP干预模式对剖宫产围术期抗菌药物合理应用的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨世界卫生组织(WHO)倡导的合理用药监测—培训—计划(MTP)干预模式对我院剖宫产围术期抗菌药物应用的干预效果。方法:回顾性随机抽取我院2007年第3季度60份剖宫产病历作为基线调研样本,监测19个围术期应用抗菌药物的指标,以1个季度为1个干预周期,通过MTP模式对剖宫产用药习惯进行干预,经过4轮MTP循环,最后随机抽取2008年第3季度60份剖宫产病历作为干预后的最终样本,比较干预前、后的围术期抗菌药物应用的变化。结果:经过4轮MTP循环活动后,我院剖宫产围术期抗菌药物应用的合理性与卫生经济效益明显提高。结论:MTP干预模式对提高我院剖宫产围术期抗菌药物的合理应用起到了积极的推动作用。OBJECTIVE：To study the intervention effect of Monitoring-Training-Planning（MTP）intervention model for rational use of drug,promoted by WHO,on the use of antibacterial drug in the perioperative period of caesarean surgery.METHODS：60 caesarean surgery medical records were randomly collected from our hospital in the third quarter of 2007 as baseline study sample.19 index for the use of antibacterial drugs in the perioperative period were monitored with a quarter as a intervention cycle.MTP model was used to intervene drug use in patients undergoing caesarean surgery for 4 MTP cycles.60 caesarean surgery medical records in the third quarter of 2008 were randomly selected as the final sample after intervention.The use of the antibacterial drug in the perioperative period before and after the intervention were compared.RESULTS：After 4 MTP cycles,the rationality and health economic benefit of the use of antibacterial drug in the perioperative period of caesarean surgery in our hospital were significantly improved.CONCLUSION：MTP intervention model promotes rational use of the antibacterial drug in the perioperative period of caesarean surgery in our hospital.
