摘　　要：目的:探讨脑神经外科临床药师参与临床药物治疗的方法和体会。方法:对临床药师参与药物治疗的7例典型案例进行分析。结果:临床药师参与临床药物治疗可协助医师制订个体给药方案,促进合理用药。结论:临床药师需掌握必要的医学、药学理论知识和良好的沟通技巧,在实践中培养临床思维能力,这样才能协助医师为患者提供高质量的药学服务。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the methods and experience of clinical pharmacists participating in drug therapy in neurosurgery department.METHODS：7 typical cases of clinical pharmacists involved in drug treatment were analyzed.RESULTS：Clinical pharmacist participating in clinical drug therapy can help physicians to develop the individual dosage regimen to promote the rational use of drugs.CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacists should master the necessary medical and pharmaceutical theoretical knowledge and good communication skills.In practice,they should develop clinical thinking ability to assist physicians to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care for patients.
