摘 要:本文探讨了出口与工资水平的相互关系及其作用机制,结果显示出口企业的工资水平高于无出口企业。本文通过实证研究证明:出口能够持续促进生产率的提高,且存在向无出口企业的外溢作用;雇用了较高技能水平的劳动者的企业更可能成为出口企业,成为出口企业以后也更可能吸引较高技能水平的劳动者;出口企业与劳动者之间不存在租金分享。本文的研究表明,在我国出口与工资水平之间存在双向的因果关系,出口与人力资本积累相互加强了对方对生产率的促进作用。In this article,we have probed both the relationship between export and the wage level and the functional mechanism thereof.The results of our study indicate that the wage level in enterprises for export is higher than that of enterprises without export.By a case study,we have improved that export can continually promote the rise of productivity,that it has a spillover effect on firms without export,that enterprises that have employed workers with relatively high skills are more likely to become enterprises engaged in export and then probably to absorb workers with relatively high skills,that there is no share of premium between firms for export and workers,that there a bidirectional relationship in cause and effect between China's export and the wage level,and that export strengthens the promotion of productivity of the human capital and vice versa.
