中风醒脑口服液治疗急性脑出血致脑心综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中风醒脑口服液治疗急性脑出血致脑心综合征的临床疗效。方法:将59例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予中风醒脑口服液,疗程均为4周,观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组;治疗组治疗后心电图(心律失常、ST-T改变)、心肌酶改变、心功能改变均优于对照组。结论:中风醒脑口服液治疗急性脑出血致脑心综合征疗效肯定,且无明显不良反应。Obstructive：Observe the therapeutic effects of Zhongfengxingnao oral liquid to Brain-heart syndrome because of acute Cerebral Hemorrhage.Methods：59 patients were divided into two groups,the patients in the control group receive general therapy,the patients in the treatment group receive the general therapy and zhongfengxingnao oral liquid,The course of the treatment is four weeks,observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：The effective rate of treatment group is superior to general therapy,all of the electrocardiogram（arrhythmias,ST-T）,the cardiac enzymes and the cardiac function is superior to general therapy.Conclusion：The therapeutic effects of zhongfengxingnao oral liquid to Brain-heart syndrome result from acute Cerebral Hemorrhage is definite,and there is not clear side-effect.
