摘 要:目的:观察小鼠灌服补心方剂后对抗致死量60Coγ射线辐射的能力;方法:将BALB/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、干细胞移植组、炙甘草汤组、天王补心丹组、当归补血汤组、参附汤组,每组25只。每组有10只用于观察死亡率,另15只用于检测血象及有核细胞数。结果:5天后模型组死亡率最高,参附汤组死亡率最低。小鼠外周血WBC、PLT、骨髓有核细胞数辐射后数量均降低,与正常对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在对抗致死量60Coγ射线辐射后小鼠的死亡威胁中,以参附汤作用最佳。在改善血象及骨髓有核细胞数方面补心方剂均有一定的作用。Objective:To investigate the confrontation capability of drenching rats with tonifying heart formulas after 60 Co γ ray irradiation with lethal dose.Methods:Seventy BALB/C mice were randomly divided into seven groups of 25 animals each :normal control group,model group,stem cell transplantation group,the group of Zhigancao soup,the group of Tianwangbuxin Dan,the group of Dangguibuxue soup,the group of Shenfu soup.In each group 10 rats were used for observing the mortality only,the rest of each group were examined on its hemogram and nucleated cells in bone marrow.Results:Model group had the highest death rates and the group of Shenfu soup had the lowest within five days.the number of WBC,PLT in mice's peripheral blood and the nucleated cells in bone marrow dropped,and it's significantly different from the results of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Shenfu soup works best on lifting the confrontation capability of mice against 60 Co γ ray irradiation's lethal dose.Tonifying heart formulas act partly in both improving hemogram and the number of nucleated cells in bone marrow.
