摘　　要：文章从城市设计、建筑设计、总体把控三个方面介绍天津文化中心总体设计。面对这样一个同期建成的文化设施集聚的项目,设计从总体把控、理性思考、人本精神探索、生态与综合技术应用等方面作出有效尝试,努力将其建设成为完善城市功能、提升城市面貌、弘扬城市文化、促使城市发展的强有力的城市"心脏"。The Tianjin Cultural Center is planned to be an assemblage of cultural facilities.The designers experiment on various aspects including master control,rational and humanistic pursuit,ecological and comprehensive technologies application,etc.,in the hope that the Center would finally become the strong＂heart＂of the city that could help to improve the urban functions,promote the urban developments,and enhance the reputation of the city.
