摘　　要：介绍了军队医药卫生科技查新工作的现状,指出当前科技查新工作中存在查新队伍建设有待加强、部分查新报告不规范、信息资源共享不充分等问题,并提出了要加强人才队伍建设、提高查新报告质量、促进查新机构交流合作等相应对策。After a brief description of the status quo of medical and health literature novelty assessment in Chinese PLA, the problems of strengthening the construction of scientific literature novelty assessment contingents and insufficient sharing of information resources were pointed out, and certain measures for its development were put forward including cultivation of talents, improvement of scientific literature novelty assessment reports, and promotion of exchange and cooperation between novelty assessment institutions.
