摘 要:为了对多阶段全球供应链网络进行优化,考虑由多供应商、多分销中心、多消费区域所组成的多阶段多产品全球供应链,建立全球供应链网络优化的非线性规划模型。该模型旨在实现基础设施成本、生产成本、物料处理成本、运输成本和关税成本等成本之和最小化,提出供应商选择和供应商生产决策、供应商和分销中心之间的运输量分配、消费区域分配、消费区域与分销中心之间的运输量分配的集成优化模型。最后给出具体算例,验证所提出模型的有效性。To optimize multi-stage global supply chain,a multiple stage multiple product global supply chain consisting of multiple suppliers,multiple distribution centers and multiple consumption regions is considered,and a nonlinear programming model for global supply chain network optimization is developed.The proposed model is aimed at jointly minimizing total costs including the facility costs,production costs,material handling costs,transportation costs and tariff costs etc.Meanwhile following factors are optimized: supplier selection and production decision,transportation quantities from each supplier to each distribution center,consumption region allocation,transportation quantities from each distribution center to each consumption region.An example is given to demonstrate effectiveness of the proposed model.
