摘  要:针对塔式起重机安全事故频发,缺乏规范的状态监测系统,研究开发了总线化裁剪IEEE1451标准的模块化的塔机智能监测系统结构,详细分析了塔机作业特点及参数类型,设计了塔机监测智能化核心的电子数据表格和信息传输的数据结构及信息表达方法,最终形成了基于上述技术的塔机智能监测系统,阐述了其工作过程并在施工现场进行了试用,实现了塔机监测系统的模块化组建、柔性化扩展以及监测结点即插即用。Due to the lacking of standard monitoring systems for tower crane security accidents happens frequently in construction site.A smart monitoring system for tower crane is studied and developed based on the BUS and the cut IEEE1451 standard technology.The working features and parameters characteristics of tower crane are analyzed in detail.The Transducer Electronic Data Sheet(TEDS),the core to intelligentize the monitoring system,the data structure for information transmission and expression methods of the information are designed.An intelligent monitoring system for tower crane is constructed based on the techniques mentioned above.The working principle and applications of the system are introduced.Modularized construction,flexible expansion,as well as plug-and-play of the nodes are realized in tower crane monitoring system.
