摘　　要：为了验证起竖系统控制方案和完成起竖过程自动检测与测试,设计了基于虚拟仪器的起竖实验系统;系统由数据采集卡同时完成对测试数据与反馈信号的采集和对起竖液压系统的控制,软件设计采用模块化和基于ActiveX技术的LabWindows/CVI和Matlab混合编程技术,同时对起竖液压系统和起竖机构进行了修改和优化;通过对起竖过程角位移和角速度的检测证明系统操作简便,测试和控制精度高,通用性好,能够满足起竖系统实验要求。The erection test system based on virtual instrument is designed for doing experiment on erection system and testing the process state.The system use a data acquisition card to acquire the test data and the feedback signal and to control the hydraulic system,utilize the module method and the technique of mixed-program between LabWindows/CVI and Matlab based on ActiveX technique to design the application software.As the same time the erection hydraulic system and the erection mechanism were modified and optimized.The result of experiment on the angle displacement and velocity shows that the system with high test and control precision is operated conveniently and universally and can satisfy the test requirement of the erection system.
