摘 要:目的探讨静脉注射去甲肾上腺素对血浆唾液酸水平的影响及其可能机制。②方法采用紫外分光光度法测定血浆唾液酸水平。③结果外周血液中去甲肾上腺素浓度增加可明显提高血浆唾液酸水平,此效应可被预先注射的α受体阻断剂酚妥拉明所阻断,但不能被β受体阻断剂心得安阻断。④结论去甲肾上腺素提高血浆唾液酸水平的作用可能是通过兴奋α受体而实现的。\ \ Objective \ To study the effect of intravenously injected noradrenaline on plasma sialic acid(SA) level and the possible mechanism.\ Methods \ Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to measure the level of plasma SA.\ Results \ The plasma SA level was significantly increased by the injection of noradrenaline. The effect of noradrenaline was completely blocked by preinjection of phentolamine(adrenergic receptor antagonist). But propanolol (adrenergic receptor antagonist) could not affect the increase of SA caused by noradrenaline.\ Conclusion \ The results suggested that the effect of noradrenaline on plasma SA might be related with the activation of adrenergic receptors.
