青岛市区3～7岁儿童生长发育指数调查

摘　　要：目的了解青岛市区３～７岁儿童的生长发育状况。②方法对市区１７５７名儿童进行体检，根据体检数据计算身高体质量指数、ＢＭＩ指数、身高胸围指数、Ｖｅｒｖｅｒｃｋ指数，并与哈尔滨、北京、上海等９市１９８５年的标准值进行了比较。③结果身高体质量指数随年龄增加而增大（ｕ＝１．９８，２．１１，Ｐ＜０．０５），身高胸围指数随年龄增加而减小（ｕ＝２．０１，１．９９，Ｐ＜０．０５），ＢＭＩ指数和Ｖｅｒｖｅｒｃｋ指数与年龄变化无关（ｕ＝０．７６～０．９７，Ｐ＞０．０５）。身高胸围指数、Ｖｅｒｖｅｒｃｋ指数分别在４．０岁和４．５岁后男童高于女童（ｔ＝１．９８～４．８０，Ｐ＜０．０５，０．０１），其他指数男女童间无差别（ｔ＝０．０３～１．７２，Ｐ＞０．０５）。与北京、上海等９市１９８５年标准值比较，除身高胸围指数差异无显著性（ｔ＝０．５３～１．９３，Ｐ＞０．０５）外，其他指数均有显著提高（ｔ＝１．９８～１１．４３，Ｐ＜０．０５，０．０１）。④结论青岛市区３～７岁儿童营养状况良好，但胸廓发育落后于身高。\ Objective \ To investigate the physical development and nutrition status of children aged from 3 to 7 in Qingdao urban districts.\ Methods \ Physical examinations were performed on 1 757 children, the height/weight index(HWI), BMI, height/chest measurement index(HCMI) and Ververck index(VI) were calculated with SPSS soft ware and compared with the China Nine City Standard of 1985.\ Results \ The values of HWI were increased with age(u=1.98, 2.11,P<0.05), while the values of HCMI were decreased with age(u=2.01, 1.99, P<0.05). There were no correlation between the values of BMI, VI and the age(u=0.76-0.97, P>0.05). The values of HCMI and Ververck in boys after 4.0 and 4.5 years of age were higher than that in girls(t=1.98-4.80, P<0.05, 0.01). The other indices showed no significant differences between girls and boys(t=0.03-1.72,P>0.05). Comparing with the China Nine City Standard of 1985, the indices were increased significantly except for HCMI(t=1.98-11.43, P<0.05, 0.01).\ Conclusion \ Children's physical development and nutrition status were good, but chest measurement growth was behind the height and weight growth.\;
