护士长心理健康水平及其相关因素调查

摘　　要：目的探讨影响护士长心理健康的相关因素。②方法采用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）、ＯＬＳＯＮ婚姻质量问卷（ＥＮＲＩＣＨ）和社会支持评定量表等６项心理问卷，对３５０名护士长进行了调查。③结果３５０名护士长的ＳＣＬ－９０中阳性项目数和躯体化因子分、强迫因子分、恐怖因子分、精神病性因子分均显著高于中国常模（ｔ＝２．４８～７．７４，Ｐ＜０．０５，０．０１）。影响护士长心理健康水平的多种因素中以神经质因子、兴奋性因子、敢为性因子、角色平等性因子和婚姻满意度因子的影响较大。④结论人格特征和婚姻质量是影响护士长心理健康的重要因素。\ Objective \ To explore the related factors affecting the psychological health of head nurses.\ Methods \ The psychological health status of 350 head nurses were investigated by using the Symptom Check Scal List90(SCL90), OLSON's ENRICH and other four psychological inventories.\ Results \ The results showed that the number of SCL90 positive items, the scores of somatization, obessionait, photic anxiety and psychoticism in the head nurses were significantly higher than those of the Chinese norms(t=2.48-7.74, P<0.05, 0.01). According to the multirariate analysis, of the factors affecting the psychological health of head nurses, personality character and marital quality were important to the head nurse.\ Conclusion \ Personality character and marital quality were very important factors affecting the psycholoAuthor gical status of head nurses.
