胸腰椎前路“Z”形钛钢板内固定系统应用的初步报告

摘　　要：目的研究和评估“Ｚ”形钛钢板在胸腰椎前路内固定术中的价值和作用。方法对８例胸腰椎疾患患者行前路减压、植骨，并采用胸腰椎前路“Ｚ”形钛钢板内固定系统（Ｚ－ｐｌａｔｅＴＭａｎｔｅｒｉｏｒｔｈｏｒａｃｏｌｕｍｂａｒｆｉｘａｔｉｏｎｓｙｓｔｅｍ，Ｚ－ＰＬＡＴＥＴＭ－ＡＴＬ）内固定。结果８例获３个月随访，无术中、术后并发症，未见钢板和螺钉断裂及松动现象。结论该系统可使固定节段具有高度的内在稳定性，并具有操作简单、安全，合并症少，内固定材料生物相容性良好、无磁性等优点，特别适用于胸椎、胸腰椎前路减压需重建脊柱稳定性的治疗。ObjectiveTo study and evaluate the efficacy of Z-PLATETM-ATL in anterior thoracolumbar fixation. MethodsEight cases of thoracolumbar diseases operated upon by anterior decompression,bone grafting and Z-PLATETM-ATL fixation were studied. Results After three months followup, there was no complication related to the plate fixation,nor screw loosening or fracture. ConclusionZ-PLATETM-ATL could supply intrinsic stability, and had the characteristics of simplicity, safety, less complications, good biocompatibity and devoid of ferromagnetic characters, especially useful for the stabilization of thoracolumbar region after anterior decompression.
