摘　　要：目的:了解解放军总医院5年来口服降糖药的应用现状及其变化趋势,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法:采用金额排序法和限定日剂量法对我院2005—2009年口服降糖药的使用情况作统计分析并进行评估。结果:2005—2009年口服降糖药购药金额年平均增长率为8.62%,占当年降糖药总用药金额百分比分别为79.64%(1016.93万元)、90.31%(1088.75万元)、70.83%(1264.22万元)、66.49%(1399.61万元)和66.53%(1697.55万元)。二甲双胍为我院2型糖尿病基础用药,阿卡波糖及格列美脲用药频度大。结论:本次调查分析结果符合糖尿病用药发展趋势,用药基本合理。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo and the variation trend of the utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital in recent five years for reference of clinical rational drug use. METHODS： The utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2005 to 2009 was analyzed statistically in respect of its consumption sum and defined daily dose etc. RESULTS： From 2004 to 2008, the proportions of oral hypoglycemic drugs in total in terms of consumption sum were 79.64% （10 169 300 Yuan）, 90.31% （10 887 500 Yuan）, 70. 83% （12 642 200 Yuan）, 66.49% （13 996 100 Yuan） and 66.53% （16 975 500 Yuan） of the consumption sum of hypoglycemic drugs, respectively, up 8.62% on average year by year.
