摘　　要：目的:通过对人工流产术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物临床情况的分析,阐述抗菌药物的使用情况。方法:采用回顾性调查的方法,抽取门诊处方获取目前临床人工流产术围术期预防用药情况,并进行分析及讨论。结果与结论:抗菌药物预防用药情况存在不合理现象,临床医生应该注意合理使用抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the perioperative utilization of prophylactic antibiotics for patients undergoing induced abortion. METHODS： By a retrospective review, we sampled the outpatient prescriptions and analyzed and discussed the perioperative utilization of prophylactic antibiotics for patients undergoing induced abortion. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Clinician should attach great importance to the rational use of antibiotics in view of the presence of irrational use of antibiotics.
