治风剂类中成药应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解北京积水潭医院治风剂类中成药用药情况,为提高临床合理用药以及中药房科学管理提供依据。方法:根据我院2007—2009年治风剂类中成药销售量和销售金额,采用药品用药频率(DDDs)排序分析法,计算DDDs和DUI,对结果进行统计分析。结果:治风剂类中成药年销售金额、年DDDs总值呈逐年上升。结论:我院治风剂类中成药应用基本合理,医药体制进一步深化,患者得到实惠。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the utilization of Chinese patent wind-control medicine in our hospital for clinical references of rational use of this category of drugs and scientific management of dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS ： Based on the consumption sum of Chinese patent wind-control medicine in our hospital during 2007--2009, the annual DDDs and the DUI were analyzed statistically through DDDs ordering. RESULTS： Traditional Chinese patent wind-control medicine assumed an upward trend year by year in consumption sum and DDDs. CONCLUSION ： The use of traditional Chinese patent wind-control medicine in our hospital was rational on the whole. Patients obtained tangible benefits from the deepening of medical system.
