大型体育赛事中科技价值传导的聚散模式研究

摘　　要：对普遍存在于大型体育赛事中的科技发展聚散现象进行专门研究,分析科技价值聚散传导所产生的巨大的聚合效应和扩散效应,论证科技价值聚散传导的基本路径,构建基于大型体育赛事的科技价值传导的聚散模式,阐明以科技价值链为基本结构的、技术创新及其价值传导为基本动力的科技聚散模式运行的内在机制,特别讨论科技聚散模式在公共科技服务体系构建中的特殊作用。在此基础上,简要探讨我国举办大型体育赛事中普遍建立科技发展聚散模式的可行性、实现路径以及政府的责任问题。This paper studies the aggregation and diffusion of technology development in the large-scale sports events and analyzes the great aggregation and diffusion effects of technology value conduction; it demonstrates the basic path of the conduction and builds the aggregation-diffusion model based on the conduction in the large-scale sports events; it illustrates the intrinsic mechanism of the conduction operation with the value chain of technology as its basic structure,and the technology innovation as well as the value conduction as its fundamental driving force; it especially discusses the special functions of the conduction in the public technology service system; focusing on what discussed above,the paper briefly ex-plores the feasibility,the implement path,and the government responsibilities of widely building the aggregation-diffusion model of technology development in the large-scale sports events held in China.
