摘  要:目的观察黑胸大蠊(periplancta fuligiosa)德国小蠊(Blattella gemaIlica)的形态结构及显微特征。方法对黑胸大蠊、德国小蠊进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别、显微摄影、观察、描绘。结果黑胸大蠊:色素块较多.块状。刺:多见,牛角状,棕黄色.德国小蠊:色素块不规则块状,有淡褐色或褐色树状花纹,树形色素有网孔状结构,刺:黄色、淡黄色,多见,尖锐较短,牛角状,较大。结论黑胸大蠊和德国小蠊的主要区别是色素块;德国小蠊色素块有树形色素,有网孔状结构。Objective To observe the morphological structure and microscopic characteristics of the Periplaneta fuligiosa and Blattella gennanica, and provide the basis for the further study. Methods To Study the character identification of the periplaneta fuligiosa and Blattella germanica, and take microscopic identification, microscopic shooting, observation and description for it. Results Periplaneta fuligiosa: having more pigment clots , formed into blocks. Prick: widely distributed, horn-shaped, brown. Blattella germanica: pigment clot: irregular-shaped, with pale brown or brown treelike pattern. Treelike pigment has mesh-shaped structure. Prick: yellow or faint yellow, widely distributed, horn-shaped. Conclusions The pigment clots of Blattella genuanica are the main different from the pigment clots of Periplaneta fuligiosa, Blattella germanica has Treelike pigment having mesh-shaped structure.
