摘　　要：目的 建立手术室感染护理质量评价指标,促进手术室管理工作的快速发展,提高护理管理质量.方法 采用文献资料法初步构建感染评价指标,2008年1月至2009年2月运用德尔菲法对评价指标进行咨询论证,确定评价指标.结果 专家咨询确立了评价指标包括8项一级指标和30项二级条目及相应的权重值.结论 应用德尔菲法建立的手术室感染护理质量评价指标体现了新形式下手术室护理质量管理的内涵,为手术室护理管理者提供了一定的参考依据.Objective To establish the infection evaluation indexes in the operating room nursing quality and promote the rapid development of the operating room management and improve nursing quality. Methods Operating room nursing quality infection evaluation standard was prepared on depth study of literature and Delphi method in January 2008 to February 2009, and then chose experts to consult, analyze and revise the results of each round of in-depth expert advice. Results The evaluation indexes of infection nursing quality for operation room including 8 first class indexes, 30 second class items and their weights. Conclusions The newly established evaluation indexes based on Delphi method reflects the changes in the content of nursing process quality for operation room, which can supply as reference for nursing managers.
