边疆多民族省份1200名研究生自我和谐状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解云南省1200名研究生的自我和谐状况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,使用自我和谐量表对1240名研究生进行调查,回收有效问卷1200份(汉族研究生600份,少数民族研究生600份)。结果 1研究生高自我和谐水平、中间水平、低自我和谐水平的比例分别为20.6%、67.7%、11.7%;2数民族研究生与汉族研究生在"自我与经验不和谐"维度(t=1.80,P>0.05)、"自我灵活性"维度(t=0.33,P>0.05)、"自我刻板性"维度(t=1.01,P>0.05)差异不显著;3男生在"自我与经验不和谐"维度(t=3.23,P<0.01)、"自我灵活性"维度(t=5.23,P<0.01)、"自我刻板性"维度(t=4.40,P<0.01)上分数均显著高于女生;4不同学科之间自我和谐状况差异显著(F=5.85,P<0.01);5不同年级之间自我和谐状况差异显著(F=6.95,P<0.01)。结论云南省研究生自我和谐状况有独特的特点;重点关注男生、农科和工科研究生、研究生三年级学生自我和谐水平的提高。Objective To understand 1200 graduates＇ status of the self-harmony in the Yunnan Province.Methods By a stratified cluster random sampling method and self-harmony scale,1200 valid questionnaires（600 Han Chinese graduate students,minority graduate students 600 copies） were completed.Results ①High self-harmony level,intermediate level and low level self-harmony in post-gradutes were 20.6%,67.7%,11.7% and respective.②Minority students graduate with the Han in the ＂harmony of self and experience＂（t=1.80,P0.05）,＂Self-flexibility＂（t=0.33,P0.05）,＂Self-stereotyping＂（t=1.01,P0.05） showed no significant differences.③The boys in the ＂harmony of self and experience＂（t=3.23,P0.01）,＂Self-flexibility＂（t=5.23,P0.01）,＂Self-stereotyping＂（t=4.40,P0.01） were significantly worse than girls,④Status of self-harmony between the different disciplines,showed significant differences（F=5.85,P0.01）.⑤The status of self-harmony between the different grades showed significant difference（F=6.95,P0.01）.Conclusion Graduate students self-harmony condition in Yunnan Province has a unique characteristics;enhan cingthe level of self-harmony should focus on boys,agriculture and engineering graduate students,graduate students in third grade,a higher level of self-harmony.
