社区护理干预对重度烧伤患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析社区护理干预对重度烧伤患者生活质量的影响.方法 采用社区护理干预和烧伤专用健康量表（Burn Specific Health Scale,BSHS）,对2004年7月至2007年7月收治的102例烧伤患者在伤后1～2年内进行问卷调查.根据社区护理干预次数将患者分为高、中、低干预组,应用SPSS11.0统计软件分析不同干预各组患者生活质量的影响.结果 高、中干预组患者,生活质量总分各为（51.3±5.7）、（46.8±5.2）分,均高于低干预组（43.6±5.0）分,P＜0.01 .结论 加强对烧伤患者的社区护理干预,可以提高患者的生活质量.Objective To investigate the influence of communal nursing intervene on the life quality of burn survivors. Methods There were 102 patients admitted to our hospital from July of 2004 to July of 2007 which were investigated by Burn Specific Health Scale （BSHS） and communal nursing intervene questionnaire during 1 to 2 years after burns. The patients were divided into 3 groups （ high, middle and low level of communal nursing intervene groups） according to the communal nursing intervene times. Results The living quality scores of patients with high and middle levels of communal nursing intervene were 51.3 ± 5.7, 46. 8 ± 5.2 respectively, which were higher than that of low level of communal nursing intervene （43.6 ± 5.0）, P 〈 0. 01. Conclusions The life quality of burn patients can be improved through reinforcement of the communal nursing intervene.
