摘 要:基于电力系统实时数字仿真系统(RTDS),研究并建立了Rogowski线圈电子式互感器的数值仿真模型和通信模型。建立了Rogowski线圈等值电路、数字积分器、重采样以及相位补偿等环节的数学模型,利用GTNET,依据IEC61850-9-2标准实现了采样值的编码与发送;根据IEC61850标准,利用采样值虚拟端子的概念建立了该电子式互感器的通信模型;开发了系统配置器以完成RTDS与实际保护、测控装置之间的可视化的数据流配置。闭环测试结果表明,提出并实现的电子式电流互感器实时仿真模型有利于提高数字化变电站系统测试的有效性。Based on the real-time digital simulation system (RTDS),the paper studies and establishes the numerical simulation model as well as the communication model for the electronic current transducer based on Rogowski coil. It first develops the equivalent circuit of Rogowski coil and the mathematical models of the digital integrator, t he re-sampling filter and the phase compensation module. Then, t he sampled values are encoded and published according to IEC61850-9-2, b y using the GTNET. After that ,the communication model according to IEC61850 is built using the concept of virtual analogue terminal. Finally, a system configuration tool is developed to configure and visualize the dataflow between the RTDS and the protection and control IEDs. The closed-loop test results show that the real-time simulation model of the electronic current transducer proposed in the paper is helpful in improving the test efficiency of the digital substation systems.
